The National Association of Independent Landlords can send out a legal notice to vacate to your tenant for a $10 charge. Please send us the property address, tenant's name and the number of days required by law in your state to notify the tenant from the date the notice is delivered ( If you would like for us to provide the number of days required by your state we can do so for an additional $10 charge). Please specify which service you would like on your written request to us. Please request your vacate notice in writing by fax, mail or email.
